Here I demonstrate the last of the three main swing lengths for you to master. As this swing is getting longer, be careful not to start initiating the downswing with the hips, and remember to feel synchronised between the chest and lower body throughout from start to finish.

It can be a good experiment to use a metronome and play around with different rythmns to swing to, until you find one that suits, and then try to swing both chest and hips back on one ‘tick’ and through again together on the second ‘tick’ so you create a ‘one’ ‘two’ action.
